Apartment is clean

Exterior is dirty, noisy (people in the pool as early as 6+ am), poor security. Facade is old and run down.

Apartment is big and clean. Ample parking lots even though shared with residents.

The spare bed i requested is really not what i expected. Its too thin to sleep on. Does not come with bed sheet. But it does comes with pillow and blanket.

It was a spacious apartment that housed me and my cousins very comfortably. There were three bedrooms, all very clean and quite spacious. The kitchenette dining area and living area also made it easier for me and my cousins to gather together and interact. The swimming pool was also nice!

The only poiint to note is that it is a condominium and not an actual hotel Its called Garden City Straits Condominium. Therefore, there will be no room service or anything like that. The proprietors will meet you at the guardhouse and give you their keys and then when you check out, you just have to drop your keys off at the guardhouse again. Quite hassle-free.

No breakfast, no coffees and Tea bags, wherear hotel managemant is covers these. Compared to hotel paricing yours is more expensive.

The apartment is spacious. Suitable for a family vacation for retreat. Despite sharing with other residents, the place is quiet and relaxing.

Wish that the apartment has some small eateries in the compound itself.

Spacious and quite clean.

I had 2 apartments booked and paid for 6 extra beds at rm30 for each day and for 2 days. But felt cheated when we only received a very, very thin floor mattress that felt more like a mat. This should be rectified or you should not charge rm30 for this kind of material. Did not have time to request for a refund for the "extra bed". Please do not give this kind of service to the next customer. Want to recommend to someone but on 2nd thoughts!!!!! ALSO IN ONE APARTMENT I THINK THE DOOR FRAME HAS TERMITES AND THERE WAS ALWAYS DUST ON THE FLOOR, PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS. NOT HEALTHY WITH LITTLE KIDS AROUND.

It's a great stay for family holiday

Its very clean and tidy. Likes the environment and it is very comfortable.

Astro channel was very limited. We do not have any entertainment beside watching tv in the house. But sadly, the channel was very few.

1. The 2nd bathroom very inconvenience as located outside & no heater. 2. Room towels quite old. 3. Maintenance is poor for the staircase & lift area, one of the lift out of service. 4. Kettle too old, dirty. We bought mineral water & boiled with the kettle, water became smelly after boiled. 5. Unable to watch TV, picture/image too poor.

We booked 2 of the 2 bedrooms. The rooms are very clean and neat, with microwave oven and filter water.

The apartment is like a condo, without any reception. There is no room service or chambermaid to make your room.

The apartment is nice ..however, the person in charge is not so friendly.

For the price, the apartment is really an ideal place for a group of 6. Can be more but that will means the 6 and above will need to sleep in living room. Very good service though the location can be difficult to find. The service provided is really amazing where they would sms to ensure that you have reached and found the place. Overall i will rate it a 4/5!
